To make changes to your previously selected 2021 consumer promotion materials, please choose from the below options. All kit selection changes must be submitted at least 60 days prior to the start of a promotion. If a change is requested within less than 60 days, the previously selected kit will be sent. Below are the two (2) options for the execution of consumer promotions for the MICHELIN®, and BFGoodrich® Brands.
This option will mirror the 2020 approach for consumer promotions with the promotional funding, fulfillment, creative, schedule and offer provided by Michelin. The Dealer will still have the option to add a secondary offer. If selecting this option, new and renewing dealers must submit their selection for Promotional support materials no later than January 21st, 2021. Note: Michelin will provide consumer redemption instructional forms that can be used by Dealers to give consumers instructions on the digital rebate redemption process.
This option will mirror the 2020 approach for consumer promotions with the difference being it will allow Dealers to set the schedule for promotions but still take advantage of Michelin funding, fulfillment, creative and offer. The promotional materials will be consumer redemption instructional pads therefore, there will be no promotional material selection required. The dates for Dealer promotions may overlap Michelin set Consumer promotion dates. Dealers selecting this option are asked to enter all promo dates for the 2021 calendar year and to provide contact information for the Dealer promotional manager. This information will be used to email a monthly promotional calendar and a digital copy of the consumer redemption instructional form. If dates are not available, Dealers should reach out via email to Michelin.Promotions@groupo.com at least 60 days prior to the start date of the promotion to ensure setup and consumer redemption instructional pads arrive in a timely manner, prior to the start date of the promotion. Michelin will provide consumer redemption instructional forms that can be used by Dealers to give consumers instructions on the digital rebate redemption process.
